Sharpening Your Saw Conference Chief serves as the principal speaker at the Sharpening Your Saw Conference (SYSC), an annual residential event organized by the Youth Arise Organisation (YAO). Held annually, the conference gathers youth workers and emerging leaders from across the world for a transformative five-day experience.
